pic 1, fat pic
I’ll call this my before pic.
Ok, maybe not “fat:” by first world standards, but a “dad bod.” Which isn’t out of fashion, but causes heart disease, cancer, and a plethora of other nasties, nonetheless. Posing for a pic, I could still suck it in,
pic 2, another fat
This is how the belly looked when I didn’t know anyone was watching. Not terrible but with my bad shoulder, I was starting to think “this is how it is.”
I was still smart, still blogging, still knew my research. I think I was 5’10” 200 lb, “mostly muscle” whatever that means, cancer risk was about doubled and high blood pressure my new norm.
pic 3, victim weight
Better, and what I thought at the time was my “after” photo. Longer fasts were dropping the fat, unfortunately some muscle too. The year before I went to India, ergo no tapestries. Weight that day was 168.4 lb.
I don’t think I had read the papers on ideal weight yet, or learned the formula. I was lifting weights, but because of my bad shoulder I was limited with what I could do with upper body.
pic 4, I like this one
Bodyweight only training only with F5 and PSIF diet and bang! Muscle way up, fat way down, and exercising only 5 min per day.
I’d just turned 47. Remarkably I weight 2.2 lb LESS than in the thin pic, logbook says 166.2 lb, exactly “ideal weight” for 5’10. However, I’ve since grown an inch taller, which is weird, but that’s another story. But anyway, I feel like I’m short changing myself if I don’t mention that I’m 5’11 now.
No more fat face!
…and now it works with video! Does it work on phone? How is performance in comparison to tabs?
